Another 1/2 down is due 30days after booking. Unless you book under 45 days you would need the $500 deposit and 1/2 down. Three weeks before sch date the bal. will be due with 7% Maine tax added
The deposit will convert to a Security Deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages and excess cleaning charges
Rent and 7% Maine sales tax due 45 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and Weekly Rental Fees Paid will be refunded to the extent we are able to find a replacement rental for the week(s) you have rented
Our policy will be, the first check we receive is the person we will rent that week to. First come first serve
No functions shall be held on said premises without written permission
No pets of any kind
