The deposit will convert to a Security Deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages and excess cleaning charges.
Rent and 7% Maine sales tax due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and Weekly Rental Fees Paid will be refunded to the extent we are able to find a replacement rental for the week(s) you have rented. - A $500.00 deposit is due with signed contract (print and sign this and mail with deposit) mail to owner at PO BOX 1517 Scarborough ME 04070) to hold the reservation.
