Rental Rate Notes
Less than 5 night rentals will have a cleaning fee of $105 added to the total cost.
Pool heat is additional at $25/day.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due immediately to secure the reservation.
Final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $300, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, or costs incurred, to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance. -
Rental Policies
While we reserve the right to increase or decrease accommodation prices at any time, we will confirm to you the current price at the time of booking. As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit or full payment, the cost of the rental is guaranteed against any further increase, (unless these increases are brought about by Government action). This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of payment being adhered to and providing you do not make any further amendments to your holiday arrangements. Your holiday home rental includes: Accommodation as booked, including services e.g. gas, water and electricity, (excludes pool heating unless otherwise stated). NOT included in our rental prices: a) Flights b) Car Hire c) Holiday Insurance d) Cost of pool heating, unless indicated e) Sales tax
Reservation and Deposit: Initial reservation can be made on-line, by mail or by telephone. A booking form must be submitted by mail.

- The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. The 2nd en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer. The 3rd bathroom is shared by the 2 kids bedrooms and has a step-in tub with overhead shower.

There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, and a flat panel Hdtv. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a flat panel HDTV. The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower.

Private Pool and Spa: After a full day in parks, relax in the heated sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. There is a child security fence around the pool area and pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the three recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There is also a small table for you to enjoy your drinks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.
Recreational Rooms: In the den, there is a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 rocker chairs, as well as a 26' HDTV with a PlayStation 2 game console and 10 PS2 video games. There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table, and for younger guests, there is a stroller.
