Star Valley House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly Rate $1600.
Per Night (2 night minimum) $275.
Monthly $4500 (additional cleaning fee required).
Holiday Rate $1800 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter).
Email or call for rate questions. - A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within 2 (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
The renter will pay in advance a $125 cleaning fee upon making reservation.

Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen including dish ware, cook wear, dishwasher, oven and cook tip stove microwave, ice machine in refrigerator, coffeemaker, spices, etc. We have satellite TV, VCR, DVD; dual sided fireplace in family room/kitchen, gas fireplace in master bedroom. Bedding and towels provided; washer and dryer; jetted tub in the master bath.
