Fairplay Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100 to $200 Per Night
- $10 per additional person - per night for parties over 4
Pet Fee $20 per pet per visit
6 plus night - 10% discount (except holidays)
WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE
No cleaning fee with 3 night minimum
Cleaning fee $75 only if cabin dirty and linens not cleaned. - Spring (April 1 - May 31) - $120 Per Night
Summer (June 1 - Sept 7) - $125 Per Night
Fall & Winter (Sept 8 - Nov 22) - $140 Per Night
Winter & Spring (Dec 1 - Mar 31) - $135 Per Night
There is a three night minimum for holiday weekends - Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
HOLIDAYS
Thanksgiving (Nov 23 - Nov 30) - $150 Per Night
Christmas (Dec 21 - Jan 4) - $200 Per Night
