Bien Venidos/Welcome to Casa Elelasven our condo @ Villa Magna, Nuevo Vallarta. Our condo is a 2 bedroom plus studio, right on the beach w/ an incredible ocean view. Master bedroom has a King size bed, bathroom has a separate shower and the tub is jetted with views that over look the North side of the Bay of Banderas to Bucerias and Punta de Mita. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with views to the South side of the Bay of Banderas and a full bath 2-4 steps away. Studio has a twin bed w/ it's views to the jungle and its own full bathroom. There is also a queen size aero bed that is ready to be used in the living room if needed and a play pin for small children. Sky Satilite and DVD players in master bedroom and living room. Kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, microwave, stove top, dish washer, cooking supplies, blender for those Margaritas, toaster, washer/dryer,cleaning supplies, and a wash basin to rinse off sandy flip flops or whatever gets a bit of sand in it.

Once you open the door to our condo you will experience the exquisite views. To the North of the Bay you will have a view to Punta de Mita, to the South of the Bay you will have a view to Mismaloya. Villa Magna condos also over look one of the largest stretches of beach with a flat beach for walking over 2 1/2 miles; you can walk to Bucerias! The beach is perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. If it's relaxing by the pool then the infinity pool or the heated pool are for you. Both pools have special areas for small children. Golfing, fishing, and marina are within a short distance. Puerto Vallarta airport is a 15 min. ride/drive and Old Town Puerto Vallarta is a 20-25 min ride/drive away.
