- This carriage house features in the main house 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that rents for $15,000 for the winter season of 5 months from mid November to mid April. There is an option to add the upstairs studio apartment that is attached with an additional kitchen and bath and sleeping quarters for $20,000 total. All rooms are spacious, sunny and attractive and extremely well maintained!

Everyone has the best night sleep they've ever had and love the beds!
