Cancellation up to 72 hours after the return of contract, all cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee.
Hot tub can be enjoyed for an additional charge of $49 per night - Deposit, depending on length of stay, and will be refundable within fifteen days of departure.
This is a very nice home with high end furnishings and expensive personal items. As long as you act in a mature and responsible manner, there will be no issue with the return of your deposit.
However, if you act in an immature and irresponsible manner, throwing wild parties and breaking things, you will be charged accordingly. We want you to have a good time, and enjoy yourself. We just ask that you be respectful.
