Osage Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Per night based on 3 night rental Jul 01-Labor Day; whole house-$250,Suite+ 1 br-
$210, Suite only-$175; May 15-July 1+after Labor Day-October 31; whole house-
$240, Suite+1 br-$200, Suite only-$160; November 1-May 14; Whole house-$200,
Suite+ 1 br-$150, Suite only-$110. 2 day rentals will be accepted with a cleaning
fee of $45 for suite and $20 for each bedroom. Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Year & Easter same as July 1 to Labor day rate.
Weekly rates are equal to 5 1/2 days rental. - $300 dollors will not be refundable upon cancelization with 1 month of rental and if cancelled with in 1 week full rent is payable. These are dependent of not being able to rent on dates reserved.
