- The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom with a shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and 'en suite' bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and also an 'en suite' bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom sleeps two on twin beds providing comfortable total accommodations for eight people. There is also a couch on the mezzanine that holds a foldout twin bed for a ninth person. The fourth bathroom (guest bath) including a shower is located between the second and third bedroom and has access from the main living area as well as the pool/lanai. 3 widescreen HDTVs + 1 regular TV. HDTVs are located in the Media Room, Master Bedroom and the second bedroom. The regular TV is in the third bedroom and all have cable service

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Adults must be at least 30 years of age. Smoking is permissible on the lanai but not in the villa. Pool is very accessible from nearly all living areas and bedrooms and could pose a safety risk for children that are not good swimmers. Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details. Clothing optional/nude sunbathing nearby, ask for details.
* Air Conditioning: Two air conditioners with separate controls for each side of the home. * Washer: New style Whirlpool Duet with large capacity front loading. * Dryer: New Whirlpool duet large capacity * Linens Provided: Complete linens including 12 large beach towels, 8 large bath towels and washcloths for each of the 4 bathrooms (32 sets total). * Garage: 2 car garage with remote opener provided. * Wood Fireplace: Also has gas lighter to assist wood burning and starting. Video Library: Some are available at the villa and a video rental store is 1 mile away. Music Library: Over 100 discs are available including Oldies, Country, Rock, Jazz, Reggae, pop & Standards.
* Full Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen complete with nearly all the utensils needed for extensive cooking; also a wet bar with various glasses including wine glasses. * Cooking Utensils Provided * Refrigerator (2): Both are large double door refrigerator/freezers and both have automatic ice-makers. * Dishwasher: New extra quiet Bosch dishwasher. * Microwave * Ice Maker. The new upscale 'Rumrunners Restaurant' located in the new Cape Harbour Marina is less than a 5 minute walk from Villa Ultima and provides indoor or outdoor dining while watching for Dolphin and Manatee while dining.
