Encinitas House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For stays of 30 days or less there is a City Hotel Tax of 10% due 30 days prior to check in time
- September 2 - May is $945. a week, it is $135. a day if you stay 7 days or more. If you stay under 7 days the rate is $150. a day; June -September 1 is $300 a day, or $2,100 a week if you stay for 7 days or more. If you stay under 7 days the rate is $325 a day; September - May the monthly rate is $3,000; For July- August the monthly rate is $7,500. There is a $500 refundable deposit, and a $75.cleaning fee. For dogs and cats there is a $100 cleaning fee.
- September 2 - May is $1,225. a week, it is $175. a day if you stay 7 days or more. If you stay under 7 days the rate is $200. a day; June -September 1 is $300 a day, or $2,100 a week if you stay for 7 days or more. Encinitas House Details
Recommendation: Wow! Staying in Rhett’s Neptune Ave. vacation home was truly an “ultimate” southern California beach town experience! The location is awesome, steps from the beach stairs. All the homes on Neptune are ‘grand’, and Rhett’s is no exception. It has a mysterious, tropical paradise-like feel. I was totally relaxed and felt at home. The curvaceous swimming pool (Rhett told me it won an award) with its crystal rock waterfall glowing at night was a mind blower. Floating, looking up at the towering palms – I was in a fantasy realm. The furnished, bamboo enclosed porch was another great place to hang – and the kitchen was amazing. I love to cook, and I did! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. To have a vacation rental exceed my expectations was a real treat. Rhett was a gracious and accommodating host. Go for it!! Thank you, and we loved staying at your place!
