For rentals of less than 5 nights an additional cleaning fee of $70 will be added.

Emerald Island Townhome Details
Amenities: Our property backs onto a beautiful lake and is unoverlooked. There is a small patio to the rear of our house, with seating and a BBQ. Off the Master bedroom is a balcony which also overlooks the lake to the rear of our home. All towels and linens are provided. We have free local telephone calls from our home and internet connection (WiFI to be added to our home shortly but currently available for use at the clubhouse). Our home is looked after by a fantastic management team who keep our house spotless and in great decorative condition. You will not be disappointed!!
Activities and Attractions: All guests receive free use of the following facilities on Emerald Island Resort:- 2 heated communal pools with spas (one about 100 yards from our home) Club House offering guest services, entertainment, complimentary breakfast (weekends) Tiki Bar Exercise Room & Sauna Internet Room WIFI Access Games Room Children's Playgrounds Nature Trail Picnic Area (with BBQs) Tennis Court (floodlit)- rackets and balls can be found in our home Beach Volleyball Court
