This charming, fully converted barn will take you back to the way Cape Cod vacation used to be! The light coming through the new french doors and windows above, along with the all wood interior add warmth and coziness. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood one mile to popular Ridgevale Beach and only two miles to downtown Chatham with its abundant shops and restaurants. There is a queen bedroom and full bath on the first floor; the second floor, which overlooks the downstairs living area, has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. TV/DVD/VCR combo, microwave, phone, fireplace, gas heater in living room/kitchen/dining room area, ceiling fans, and a full laundry in the basement. Outdoors, enjoy the deck with picnic table, gas grill and hot/cold shower. No smoking and no pets please.

Every Friday evening in the summer months, stroll down-town Chatham and spend the evening at the Chatham Band concerts (a long-standing tradition). Stop by the Chatham Fish Pier and watch the local fisherman unload the daily catch. Don't forget to grab your morning coffee and head down to the Chatham Lighthouse to enjoy the view of the outer beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and if you're an early riser, an amazing sunrise too!
