- Additional $300 Deposit is due within one week of booking and is fully refundable if the unit is left in good condition upon departure.
- Deposit is forfeited if cancellation notice is less than 45 days before arrival date, and unit is not re-rented for the same period.

- Oceanfront Master Bedroom has a full bathroom, balcony access, and a 26' TV. Guest Bedroom #2 is very close to the hall bath, and has a TV. Guest Bedroom #3 has a full bathroom, TV with DVD Player, and a large walk in closet that will easily accommodate the Roll-a-way bed or the Pack & Play. This area is often used by us and our guests as a separate little bedroom for children.
