- A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned approximately 30 days after unit is vacated and everything is in the condition it was when renter arrived. To reserve the popular seasonal months of January thru March, an initial payment of $1000 (which includes the security deposit and the first $500 in rent) must be made to commit the reservation. The 2nd payment must be made within 90 days of the beginning of the reservation, and the 3rd and final payment will be due within 60 days of the beginning of your stay.

- Master bedroom has a king size bed, 32' wall mounted flat screen TV, and guest bedroom has a queen size bed and office area. Guest bedroom also has custom built desk with storage cabinets, and wall mounted flat screen LCD television. Also available in the guest bedroom closet for temporary sleeping arrangements for additional guests is a queen size air bed that can be quickly setup in the living room for additional guests. With the queen sized electric inflatable air bed (made by FrontGate.com), our unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
