Air condition, 2 large ceiling fans, reverse-osmosis water filtration and shower filtration in newly completely remodeled bathroom (early 2008). 3-piece bistroset on lanai. New! EPSON 3-in-1 printer ready to print your boarding pass in our unit. Utilities/Phone: We will pay all utility costs (water, heat, electric, trash removal, cable tv, highspeed Internet and telephone calls to Mainland/US, Canada, Puerto Rico). However, you are responsible for your own international telephone charges. To make long-distance calls, please call collect, or use a credit card, prepaid phone card, or cell phone. Linens and Kitchen Supplies: We will provide linens and towels, as well as starter paper products, soap, detergent and shampoo.

Amenities Include: Free Off-street Parking is provided on first vehicle, each additional will incurr extra charge. No assigned parking. Resort complex access includes: swimming pool, hot-tub/jacuzzi, barbecue with gas grills, picnic tables with chairs, tennis court, coin-operated laundry facility. A key is required.

Rental Policy:: Check-In: 3pm Check-Out: 11am HST The property will not be occupied by more people than we have specified in this agreement. Pets are not allowed onto the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit/lanai. Take care not to play excessively loud music or otherwise create a nuisance to the neighbors. Notify us promptly of any damage or problems that arise. Unless there’s an emergency, we will notify you 24 hours in advance prior to entering the property during your rental period. All accrued charges during your stay must be paid prior to departure. Housekeeping is provided before and after departure of each occupant(s). Parking is provided for first vehicle, each additional will incurr extra charge. Lost/unreturned key will incur extra charge. Register with onsite resort manager in Unit 101 upon arrival.

Guest Book: 5/15/2008 The condo was a really wonderful place to stay for our honey moon. The interior was lovingly decorated with palm tree decor and the owners left a gift bag for our arrival. We really felt welcomed. It was only right across the street from the beach. You also had access to a laundry room, pool and bbq facility. Very nice. Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located from everything, Lahaina was only a few minutes away and there was always something close to us that we could do.
