To secure a reservation, a 50% security deposit (minimum of $300 and up to a maximum of $1000) can be paid via PayPal and will be reimbursed to your account following your departure.
The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been made. Full payment for your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival. For those staying longer term, one month's payment can be made at the beginning of each month.
In the event of a reservation being cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded.
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for early departure.
