Located in the middle of it all yet hidden away.: This gorgeous villa is located in the perfect location...seconds to Route 192 (main route in Kissimmee). Within seconds you are by all the stores for shopping, restaurants for dining or amusement parks for fun. This quaint and quiet community is great for relaxing. Backing up to a beautiful conservation area you will enjoy your private pool, lanai and view.
Comfortable Bedrooms : This villa has three comfortable bedrooms for families or friends to relax and enjoy.after a long day at the theme parks. The master bedroom suite has a beautiful King size bed with a beautiful Italian bedroom set, 27' TV, private master bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and private pool access from the master bedroom and bathroom suite. The second bedroom is set up with a Queen size bed and a 20' TV to relax with. The third bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds and a 20' TV to relax with. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway between bedroom 2 and 3 to share.
Covered Lanai and Private In Ground Pool: Not only does this villa have great indoor space, but the outdoor space is just as grand. With a wonderful covered lanai that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon lunch. The lanai is totally screened in and equipped with a comfortable patio set consisting of a table and 4 chairs, as well as, a ceiling fan. You can then enjoy the totally screened in, in-ground pool that backs up to a conservation area. There you have the view of grand Pine trees and gorgeous hibiscus bushes...green and lush, you will feel like you are in your own private paradise. The pool area is equipped with comfortable chair and ottoman, two (2) lounge chairs to sun bathe with, and a love seat couch. Private, relaxing and hidden, yet in the middle of it all...what else can you ask for???
Golf: Miniature golf is within 3-5 minutes from the villa on Route 192...
