No noisy neighbors through the walls, no worn out, stained furnishings--this is a family home on the river, occasionally rented. Not a worn out beach rental. All new furnishings, updated, full size appliances.
Lots of natural light and cross ventilation, super clean, low allergen, eco-friendly environment. Energy efficient appliances and recycling make this a green vacation rental. Nature lovers, hikers, canoers or kayakers like this spot for the wildlife, fishing, and birding. NOTE: this is not a beach rental. We are on the river, 10 mins from two local beaches.
