There really isn’t another house in the Pierpont area that is like it. You have commanding views of the ocean, city & mountains from the roof top deck & you and family & friends can escape from the outside world, or walk right into it!! There are many shops, restaurants, bike paths and activities, not to mention the Pacific Ocean, just steps from the front door. The house is very elegantly appointed & has every imaginable amenity. You will want for nothing, except perhaps another week of seaside fun ?
