Plus use of a PC and printer, use of a mobile cell phone handset, the convenience of having extensive cooking staples, cleaning and office supplies at hand, plus weekly house cleaning and change of linens for stays of more than ten nights. There are no additional charges except your purchase of mobile phone credits and the replacement or reimbursement of food and supplies that you use. For toll, mobile or international calls outside of the free zones, we ask you to bring an ATT or other long distance phone card or pre-paid international phone card, or your own mobile phone.

- The bathroom has a full-sized bath and shower combination, shower curtain, pedestal sink, bidet, mirror, storage cupboards and marble floors and walls. The modern toilet is in a separate adjacent room, which is common in France and quite practical. The best thing about the bathroom compared to most French apartments is that there is unlimited hot water thanks to the building's big boiler. The bathroom is also equipped with electric curlers, hair dryer and emergency medical kit, as well as large and small towels, of course. Full cleaning service and fresh linens provided weekly for stays of 10 days or more.

- The blue bedroom features a king-size mattress, with dresser, night tables, chair, lamps, hangers, mirrors, paintings and plenty of built in closet space. The Relyon-brand mattress is of the highest quality as are the all-cotton sheets, down pillows and comforter. The bedroom is painted a light blue. The blue bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto the second balcony terrace and seating area. The yellow room features a full double size bed with high-quality mattress, all-cotton sheets, down comforter, and both down or foam pillows, as you prefer. It is furnished with an armoire, night tables, lamps, prints plus a corner office with desk, chair, PC computer, printer, 21' monitor and 'Slingbox' to watch U.S. cable TV shows on the monitor through the Internet. There is also a small sofa bed to kick back on, and a folding crib is also available. The yellow bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto the second balcony terrace and seating area.

Plenty of space for family, friends: This light-filled duplex is located on the first and second floors (U.S. second and third floors) of a small, quiet, modern building with elevator, concierge and security system. The street-side of the apartment features sliding glass doors that open to planted terrace balconies on both levels. The outdoor terraces are large enough for seating and perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing or evening cocktails or dinner. There are no nosy neighbors looking in windows from across the street as the glass doors and balconies face a church with stained glass windows.
