Provincetown Cottage Summary

The cottage is a free standing cottage situated on Shankpainter Road. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Boatslip and steps away from the largest grocery store and liquor stores in town. The cathedral ceilings and sky lights fill the living room with beautiful light. The living room space is open to the kitchen and dining room, which overlooks Shankpainter Pond. In addition, exclusive patio space with barbecue and outdoor furniture is available for you to barbecue and relax. The living room has a mounted 42' flat TV connected to cable, a DVD/CD player, VCR and surround sound stereo system. We remodeled the bathroom and it has brand new fixtures and amenities. FINALLY, as an added bonus there are TWO parking spaces. Additional amenities include: Linens, towels for use in the cottage, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and stove/oven.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Please note that although most of the dates noted above state rental from Sunday thru Saturday, the rental dates are all from Saturday thru Saturday. Daily rentals are available however during the summer months a 4 night minimum is required. During the off season additional options are available.

Maximum Occupancy (6): Due to the size and maintenance of the cottage, we limit the sleeping capacity to a maximum of 6 people. If the capacity rules are neglected the property owner will exercise the right to keep the full security deposit amount. Some exceptions can be made, if agreed to by the owner prior to arrival.
