Cape Haze is a gated community built harmoniously within a nature preserve. The amenities at the resort include large fitness center, putting green, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, large heated pool w/ cascading waterfalls, jacuzzi, and large clubhouse w/ kitchen/bar & dining area.
The condo is beautifully decorated. The bathrooms and kitchen have granite countertops and custom wood cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Condo has 2 TVs with cable and one DVD player. Washer/Dryer in condo. Screened lanai overlooks nature preserve, offering peaceful privacy. Condo has private covered car port. Condo is on 3rd floor of 4 story building. Building has elevators.
Cape Haze Resort is close to all the conveniences of Englewood and Port Charlotte. Boca Grande is only a short drive and Palm Island is a short boat ride away. The resort offers easy access to the beaches and area activities like fishing, boating, golf, dining, arts & entertainment.

Cape Haze Resort is located approximately 5-10 miles to the north of Boca Grande. Boca Grande is a beautiful island with restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. The resort is located approximately 10 miles to the south of Manasota Key. Manasota Key is where all of the public beaches are located. Palm Island is located across from the resort. Palm Island is a transportation free island and you have to take a ferry to it. It is fun to explore Palm Island. The island has restaurants and beautiful beaches. There are pubic facilities on the island so that you can shower before going to lunch or dinner at the restaurant.
There are several public golf courses located near the resort. Wildflower Golf Club is located 2 miles from the resort. Rotunda Golf and Country Club is located 3 miles from the resort. Rotunda Golf and Country Club has 81 premier holes on the Cape Haze peninsula. There are additional courses that are located more than 5 miles from the resort.
