This lovely Orlando vacation rental includes access to Vista Cay's beautiful clubhouse, fitness room, theater, and pool facilities. After a day of business or fun, eat at one of the many exciting restaurants nearby or eat a cozy meal prepared in your own full-size kitchen. Then visit nearby hot spots, take a dip in the pool, enjoy an evening at one of the parks, or just take a quiet walk around the lake. Or, you could just relax and enjoy the extensive entertainment package included in our home, which includes 4 flat-screen TVs, ranging from 25' - 42', a BOSE Surround System, PlayStation II, and a DVD player.

- This 3 bedroom townhome hosts two king suites and one twin suite with two beds. All bedrooms have newly furnished full-size private baths; bed linens and towels, of course, are included. The king suite on the first floor boasts lovely French doors that open onto a small patio. The second king suite and the twin suite are housed on the third floor. Go to sleep snuggled up on your UltraPlush mattresses enjoying the 25' - 27' flatscreen TVs located in each bedroom. Need more room to sleep? Additional sleeping space is available on the queen size pull out couch in the living room.

Notes:
A full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are located on the first floor. Our home should be furnished with a basic quantity of toilet paper, garbage bags and hand soap upon arrival. However, this is a family home and not a hotel. At times there will be laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent left by previous guests that you are very welcome to use. It is not possible, however, for the owner to provide these items at all times.
Baby items such as a crib, high chair, and pak n play can be arranged for in advance with minimal or no cost to the guest.
Our home is thoroughly cleaned before and after your arrival. If you have an extended stay and are interested in additional cleaning, this can be arranged at the guest's expense.
