The kitchen was newly updated in 2007 with granite counter tops, Sub-Zero, Thermador, and Fischer Paykel appliances. There are two community pools on-site in this gated complex. This beautiful villa has been awarded 'VIP Status', the highest rating, by the Sea Pines Resort rental program. More than 70% of our rentals in 2006 were return guests. Ride bikes to Harbortown and South Beach areas. The Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short walk away. Three world-class golf courses, including the famed Harbour Town Links, are located nearby. Other activities within close proximity include tennis, sailing, boating, biking, restaurants, horseback riding, miniature golf, movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping.
