Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

New Year's Week and Spring Break
These rates apply to groups of no more than 6 people (ea. add'l person $25 p/n).
For larger groups, a small 'dry' sleeping cabin is available on the property.
$200 Refundable Reservation/Damage Deposit. 5% Bed Tax + $50 Cleaning Fee.
Longer minimum stays are required around holidays.
