Bedrooms are carpeted, with beautiful hard wood floors though out the rest of the house. A private roof top fire pit and hot tub for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset with unobstructed views from Palos Verdes to the Santa Monica mountains. Just 1 block from the beach and 7 short blocks from the Hermosa Beach Pier and entertainment center, with shopping and dining as well as beach activities. The home features master bedroom a/c although very rarely needed, washer and dryer, 2 car garage with 2 guest spots (shared), maid service provided once a week. The house is very well decorated with state of the art, top of the line appliances, 4 flat screen TV's, Pool table, and high quality furniture.There are many many more up grades at this property, too lengthy to mention.
