Close to all amenities, 12 minutes from downtown Truckee, 40 minutes to downtown Reno and the Reno/Tahoe airport and within 25 minutes of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts and the north shore of Lake Tahoe and only 15 minutes to the Northstar ski resort. There are miles of hiking trails in the beautiful Tahoe National Forest right outside your front door and 4 recreational lakes and numerous golf courses near by.
