Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Winter Season/December 15 - April 15 ... $225/night
Value Season/April 16 - December 14 ... $175/night
Thanksgiving/Christmas Weeks ,... $250/night - CANCELLATIONS – a sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations that are made within (30) days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full advance payment, if the unit remains not rented. Changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Cancellations for bookings over Christmas must be made by October 31st. All cancellations MUST be made in writing and confirmed received by the owner.
