Location: This home is only 13 miles to downtown Austin and 23 miles from the Airport. The new Hill Country Galleria Mall is 5 minutes away. The famous Oasis restaurant is only 13 miles away. It's unique feature is it has access to Lake Austin and is only 10-15 minutes away from Lake Travis.
Activities: Boating, golf, tennis, water sports, shopping, fine restaurants, live music, scenic Hill Country and wineries are all just minutes away. Downtown Austin, UT, Longhorn Caves, Outlet Malls (San Marcos & Round Rock) are all within 45 miles. If you are looking for a relaxing, adventurous Austin experience this is the home!
Boaters: The Lakeway Marina is less then 15 minutes from the house. You can rent every water toy or a slip for your boat. Slip rentals are $30/night or $150/week.
