Hiawassee Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- FREE UNLIMITED long distance service! FREE WIRELESS Internet service!
- 1) No daily housekeeping available. Housekeeper will clean shortly after your departure. Cleaning fees of $55.00 for 1-2 guests, $65.00 for 3 - 4 guests and $75.00 for a 5 - 6 guests, $85 for 7 guests.
2) Maximum guests: 7.
3) Minimum stay: 2 nights, except for holiday weekends ~ 3 day minimum then.
4) Security/Damage Deposit guarantees your reservation and protects owner in case of damages. Deposit is fully refundable within one week of your departure if none of the above applies.
5) No pets allowed, cabin is advertised as Allergen-Free.
6). - Rates are $110.00 per night for two guests and additional $10.00 per night for each over two guests.

- The master bedroom is a large, comfortable room with a dresser/mirror and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft area. The loft area is quite large and L-shaped. The full sized bed is located on one end with a small bath and an outside door that leads to a balcony. There is a dresser with mirror for storage and futon that makes into a double bed in the middle area. A twin sized bed is on the left side of the loft. There are books to read and games to play.
