- Summer rates begin May 1 2012 through Oct.31.2011. Special rates for TT residents TT2200.per night. There is a US$16./TT100.00 telephone/internet charge for ALL rentals. Security services are available US$390. per week. As of FEB.1 2012, there will be a refundable security deposit of US$100.(TT$600).
- Winter rate (Nov.1-Apr.30) is US$450.00 per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. There is a US$16/TT$100.00 telephone/internet charge for ALL rentals. Security services are available at US$390. per week.
Special rate for TT residents TT$2400. per night, plus extra fee for stays under 5 nights. As of FEB.1 2012, there will be refundable deposit of US$100./TT600
