Overlooking Discovery Bay on Jamaica's fabled North Coast, Mount Corbett Estate offers spectacular views of the Caribbean and luxurious tropical accommodations for personal and professional entertaining. Built in the style and grandeur of an 18th century plantation house, Mount Corbett combines rich, traditional elegance with contemporary amenities that are unmatched on the island. Fully staffed for excellent personal service, Mount Corbett entices the most discriminating guests to return for many years. It served as the winter home for a princess of the British Royal family for nine years. The great house is constructed of stone with an inviting veranda surrounding the entire house. The entire house has polished hardwood floors, wood tray ceilings, screened sash and shuttered windows, and solid paneled mahogany doors with polished brass fittings. Mount Corbett is situated on a plateau of four acres and is completely walled for privacy.

This luxuriant and mountainous tropical gem is filled with exciting adventure. Swimming with the dolphins is a popular activity for all ages! Dolphin Cove is a short drive from Mount Corbett. Climbing Dunn's River Fall is a tourist 'must' when visiting Jamaica. Guests can climb the falls located just miles from the estate and end their outing with shopping in the straw market in Ocho Rios. Parasailing and jet skiing are also available in nearby Ocho Rios. Breezes, a local all-inclusive resort, located 10 miles from Mount Corbett includes a range of activities: golfing, scuba diving, snorkeling and trapezing.

Discovery Bay Villa Details

Arrival/Transportation: Montego Bay Airport is approximately a one-hour drive from Mount Corbett. Round-trip transfers in a 15-passenger van are $70 US minimum each way. More than three passengers is $20 US/person. Flight arrangements and number of guests must be confirmed with driver prior to arrival. Driver is also available during your stay for the following rates: $150 US/day $80 US/half-day $900 US/7-day week $20 US/hour Rental cars are available. Food and Beverage: Cost is approximately $150 US/person/week (invoices provided by the House Manager to the guests at mid-week and the end of the stay). Special meal requests are encouraged. Most liquors are available.

Please ramble around the grounds that are walled for your privacy and there for your enjoyment whether you are sunning by the pool, playing a game of tennis or exploring the gardens.
