This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with approximately 800 Sq. Ft. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed in master and a full size couch sleeper in living room . The condo is located on the third story so noise is never a problem. It over looks the pool & spa and is just steps from the gym.

Rental Rate Notes:
Please note a cleaning fee of $100 will be collected and is non-refundable. For stays longer then a week additional fee's may apply. For longer stays cleaning and maid service is available please inquire. All fee's and deposit are due within 7 days of booking.
Policies:
Please note this condo is located on the third floor. There is no wheelchair access. Any loud parties and or violations of rental agreement will result in immediate forfeit of your reservation and NO refund will be issued. **No bookings are finalized until payment is received.** -
Deposits:
$150.00 refundable security deposit, $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due within seven (7) days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to arrival date. $150.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.
Refunds:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will happily refund your deposit as long as you provide us with no less than 30 days notice from the date of your arrival. There is a $20 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued on cancellations of 15 days or less or on late bookings.
All renters must sign a rental agreement prior to monies being accepted or reservation being held
