Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

August 31--September 28 - $1250/week
September 28-November 3d - $1100/week - 50% of the rental amount will confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. A $300 security deposit is also required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, deposits will be returned only if your reserved week is rented. Security deposit will be returned within two weeks following the end of your rental, minus any charges for damage or excessive cleaning. Discount of $50/week for stays of two weeks or longer.
