This cozy, rustic waterfront cottage is what Maine is all about. Nestled near the end of a quiet half mile long dead end road, perfect for that morning walk, jog or bike ride. Located just minutes from the towns of Camden and Rockland, yet surrounded by hundreds of acres of old growth forest, giving it the feel of being deep in the Maine woods. Early risers will be greeted with a gorgeous sunrise looming over Pleasant mountain and calm clear Crawford Pond. Grab a good book and head out to your dock to bask in the sun or watch the loons, eagles and other waterfowl. Bring a canoe, kayak or ski boat to do some exploring, fishing or water sports. Swim to your private float or camp on 100 Acre Island preserve just off your doorstep. If you just want to relax it wont be a problem. The aroma from the 100 foot pines on a hot day will be etched in your senses forever. Night time brings a starry sky and the sound of loons at their evening ritual. Truly the best experience in all of vacationland.
