The Poison Creek Mercantile Building is located just off of Main Street on Heber Ave. Recognized as one of the best locations in all of Park City. Jean Louis restaurant is just across the street and next door The Sky Lodge boasts some of the best restaurants in town (Easy Street Brasserie and Fin.) The town lift accesses the resort and is just 250 feet away. Once you park your car in the underground gated garage and take the elevator up you know you are staying someplace special. This million dollar hideaway is private and large and comes with top of the line linens, kitchenware and electronics. A Huge great room allows for group entertaining. Bedrooms suites off main room provide a nice private getaway to relax from a hard day hiking or skiing. Full baths provide jetted tubs and a shared but rarely used roof top Jacuzzi with unbelievable views of the historic park city and ski runs.

Located steps away from the Town Lift, and surrounded by fabulous restaurants. Take advantage of the private underground parking, especially nice on snowy days when you want to drive to Deer Valley. Bus stop is just outside the front door. Take a hot tub, grill steaks and shrimp on the gas bbq and enjoy the fabulous kitchen with all amenities included. Great Room for social gathering including a wood burning fireplace... Sleeps 6 and has a full laundry area for convenience. In the heart of Old Town you can walk to everything but feels private.

Sundance: Sundance: 2008 Sundance, Entertainment Weekly rented the retail space downstairs in the building last year and it was a huge success for them. many entertainers in the building daily as they used the space for photo shoots and tv interviews. Great entertainer location. Key card access to the parking structure, key card acces to the building. key card access to the hallways so its very private and secure. Enter a subterrainian parking structure via card access, take private elevator to the second floor and you are in your unit without any paparazzi issues. Its the best location in the city for sundance as you are in main street loaction with parking for your car. The Sundance headquarters are held accross the street.
