The Lakes Region/Laconia site of Ferry Point House offers travelers an advantage of having all New Hampshire attractions easily accessible to them. Whether come to relax and unwind or sightsee and explore, you will love the setting and ambiance at Ferry Point House. The rental cottage has been totally redecorated and provides privacy from the inn. Its central New Hampshire location makes for easy day-trips to surrounding states of Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts. In addition, the inn is only 90 minutes from Boston.

Notes: Our Sunrise Suite is a spacious romantic area perfect for a honeymoon, or those who favor privacy while on vacation. The suite, overlooking Lake Winnisquam and surrounding mountains, has two levels with bedroom and bath located on the second level. This suite is finely appointed with Queen Ann bedroom furniture, brass sleep numbered bed, TV, multiple closets and oak hardwood floors throughout. The bath contains combination shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the first level the den is nicely decorated with oriental area rugs over hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. The suite has high definition cable TV, is air conditioned, private entrance and comes with a nicely equipped kitchenette. Breakfast and maid service not included.
