Ixtapa Condo Details
This brand new condo offers living room and dining room with sliding glass doors that open to either side and allow for a refreshing breeze. Two Master bedrooms with ocean view and walkout balcony, king size beds, flat screen LCD TVs and their own master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature twin size beds and one full size bed with their own baths; overlooking the mountains. There is one additional bedroom that can be used for maid's quarters or 2 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Restaurants are available across the street for your dining pleasure. Only two condos on the seventh floor provides much privacy and serenity - Two elevators are located right outside the front door. This complex offers two large infinity pools and a small children's wading pool that set the background for what looks like the 'Garden of Eden'. The beach is steps from the back door with private use for guests of the building only.
Poolside food and bar are very modestly priced. Only two units on this seventh floor, provides much privacy and serenity. The elevator is right outside your front door.
