If you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, you will be subject to a $35 booking/cancellation fee, but all other charges (rental rate, tax, cleaning fee, damage deposit) will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, we reserve the right to keep the rental amount plus tax, but the cleaning fee and damage deposit will be refunded to your account.

Striper fishing on lake Ouachita: The owner is a licensed striper fishing guide, check into a chartered trip.
Other activities at Lake Ouachita: Hunting : some the best deer, turkey, squirrel, bear hunting anywhere. Fishing: All species of bass, bream, crappie, walleye, catfish and of course the mighty striped bass. Mountain biking trails (best in the nation) Crystal mines 20 minutes away.
