- Villa Festiva is a two story villa with two rooms offset on the top level for ultimate privacy and a third room on the bottom floor. All rooms have complete unobstructed views. Each private spacious king size villa comes complete with quality linens. All rooms have a king size bed looking directly at the ocean as you are lying in bed. Villa De Sea is on the lower floor, while Villa Sailfish and Villa Marlin are on the upper floor. All have gorgeous ocean/beachfront views! All rooms are complete with a desk and wi fi is available at the villa, just bring your computer. Air conditioning is provided. Plenty of closet space. Full activity guide in each room.

Outdoor bathroom and shower. Daily maid service and gardener/pool person is included. Property management close by to answer your questions. Cook and/or bartender can be arranged when requested. Additional charges will apply.
