Ponte Vedra Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For weekly renters, there is an optional cleaning fee.
- For weekly renters, there are two cleaning fee options. 1) Pay cleaning fee of $225 and do no cleaning upon check out other than leaving the house tidy, or 2) Pay $125 and do the cleaning items listed on the rental agreement. $225 cleaning fee required for ALL nightly rentals.
10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)
A deposit of $500 per week is required for confirmation and does NOT apply to rent. Holidays are rented weekly only. There is a $500 upcharge during Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
4 night minimum for FL/GA weekend. NO smoking indoors.

The third floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with a day bed and trundle.
