The third level is another bedroom with full bath, laundry room and master suite with an awesome bathroom! The master bedroom has lots of windows for a spectacular view. The fourth level is the roof top patio with a hot tub and unbelievable views! The location is perfect. It is only a short walk (about 2 blocks) to one of the best beaches in Florida! The sand is white, smooth and wide.
