If so, this is indeed the 'Perfect Spot' for you. This one bedroom, one bath, second floor condo is located adjacent to Freeman Park and has an unsurpassed view of the North End of Carolina Beach from the large front deck and a great view of the marsh from the small back deck. Located in the Breakers Condo complex, it is just a short walk to the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier, snack bar and lounge and the beach and ocean. This condo sleeps four people with comfort. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room. It is the 'Perfect Spot' if you are a family with two children who each wants his own bed, or three buddies who want to spend a few days relaxing together but need their own space at night.
