Although our home is a short walk to the Rio Del Mar beach, a 10 minute drive to Capitola Village & Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a 35 minute drive to Carmel & Monterrey..... you'll feel so comfortable right where your at because of the relaxing atmosphere which surrounds it.
Discover the Northern California 'camp like' feel from the large, beautiful redwood/tempered glass deck that surrounds the home. BBQ, entertain, or play on the grass area in the large back yard. Walk the little shady pathway to the Aptos Creek which flows gently to the Rio Del Mar State beach.
The home has completely remodeled, however, much of it has been restored, to capture that special place in time. It has so much charector and charm. This is a GREAT getaway for families or romantic retreats.
