Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All Rentals Require A $500 Refundable Security Deposit
- The Rental Includes 4 hours of Daily Maid Service: house cleaning, and laundry. This is provided 6 days a week, except on Sundays , Holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity)
- * deposit made 60 days in advance requires a 50% payment at time of booking. Less than 60 days requires full payment. Up to a 50% refund may available for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date. No refund is available for reservations of less than 1 week..
Privacy from the main house is assured. You can rent this charmer by itself or in tandem with the main house property #192288. Either way you will be astounded by this fantastic home.
