Rates on 5* Resort - Our luxury Condo 2BED/BATHs (sleep 6) is RIGHT NEXT TO THE CLUB HOUSE of the resort. The Windsor Hills Resort is located just off US 192 at mile marker 4, it is less than 2 miles to the Disney World and has amennities galore! This fabulous new resort features a lagoon style pool with walk-in access, water slide, dancing fountains and secluded hot tub. The clubhouse feature a surround sound novie theater, pool and ping pong tables, video games,sundry shop and fitness center, lighted tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, discount tickets, shuttle/bus trans. The WHR is gated resort community and near to all major attraction in Orlando and Kissimmee (Universal Studio, Sea World, Convention Center, shopping malls). Our Condo has 2 suites (one Queen-sized bed with Television, one with 2 twin-beds) 2 full bathrooms in each suite. A Full-sized sofa-bed is in the family room. Fully equipped kitchen and appliances/utensils for home cooking, washer/dryer in the unit

exercises your right to cancel the following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Rent Fee
(amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to your arrival, $50 administration fee
- Up to 29 and 14 days prior to your arrival, 25%
- Up to 12 and 7 days prior to your arrival, 50%
- Up to 6 and 3 days prior to your arrival, 75%
- Less than 2 days prior to your arrival, NO REFUND. -

The enormous clubhouse overlooking the heated, double, Olympic-sized pool and water-slide is stocked with billiard table and video game ares, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment and high def. surround sound movie theater. Play outdoor ping pong next to the amazing resort pool or take the WHR shuttle to one of many theme parks or play golf at one of many Orlando championship courses.
