Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning would be once per week to change bed linens, replace towels, clean bath and floors.
- If you are bringing a pet there will be a fee of $25.00 per pet. Kennel is provided so that pet will not be left in house alone.
There is a $250.00 per week security deposit which rolls over into a damage deposit once you arrive. This is refundable.

There is overflow primitive camping available for large groups with advanced notice.

Charlotte Lodge Details
Group Camping with prior arrangement: Including the rental of the lodge at $115.00 per night, overflow primitive camping is available. The lodge is located on 5 wooded acres. The lodge is designed to accommodate 8 persons, for each additional person there is a $5.00 per night fee to camp. The lodge will provide a portable toilet and firewood depending upon the number of campers. There is a 7 night maximum time limit for camping. YOU MUST RENT THE LODGE IN ORDER TO CAMP ON THE PROPERTY.
