Great place to relax: Come to ISLAND HOME and watch gorgeous sunsets from your balcony! Enjoy your vacation in this second level, very comfortable, three bedroom, two bath nicely furnished condo with new carpet, paint, tile, and a nautical theme throughout. This condo has ceiling fans in all rooms, beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use, and a double porch with great ocean views and backyard privacy. Amenities include new flat panel HD television with premium channels (HBO), DVD and wireless high speed internet access.
Perfect vacation spot: Located at the end of the villa complex, you have a wonderful sense of privacy with no street noise, a well maintained back lawn and un-distracted ocean views. Bask in the sun at the Villa's on-premises pool or use the easy beach access points to go shell hunting or wave-running on the beach. Later, curl up for a nap in your living room with its cozy overstuffed furniture, rocker, floor pillows, and mirrored walls. The Oak Island Golf Club is across the street and the Yaupon Fishing Pier is within walking distance.
Year round enjoyment: Summers at Oak Island are warm (80's) with a constant ocean breeze. Surf varies from very placid to great 'riding' waves. Expansive beach is wonderful for children and adults. Fall is perfect, warm days (70's) and cool nights for open door sleeping and the sound of the ocean. Numerous local golf courses provide multiple options for golfing enjoyment. Winters are never freezing, perfect for great brisk walks on the beach and more golf.
