Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- July & August: $800/wk plus tax. May, June, Sept. Oct.: $700/wk plus tax.
- May, June, September, October: $700 per week.
July & August $800 per week.
Short stays available during spring & fall.
Reservations & Payments:
One half rent due to place reservation. Remaining rent, tax, and $300 refundable damage deposit due 6 weeks in advance of stay. Damage deposit is returned promptly after your stay. - Travelers with pets:
*Please add $50 per pet, per week to the basic rental fee.
