Lubec Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- June - August: $700/wk. Sept. - October: $600/wk.

September & October $600/wk plus tax.
Short stays available spring and fall at $150/night plus tax with a 3 night minimum stay.
Small dogs considered. Please add $50/wk pet fee.
$350 per week refundable deposit ($400/week with a pet) required when placing reservation. This deposit acts as a reservation deposit to secure your reservation until your stay begins. Once you arrive, it becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Your damage deposit is refundable when your stay is over.
