This large private villa is in the village of Costambar , only 5 minutes drive to the city of Puerto Plata , or the superb Ocean World development with ocean adventure park, yacht harbour and casino. The nearest airports are Puerto Plata and Santiago , respectively at 30 and 90 minutes drive away. The sandy beach starts 5 minutes walk away , and the main commercial area with good foodmart is about the same distance away, though there are bars, restaurants and small stores scattered throughout the community. All 6 bedrooms offer c. 40 m.sq., and a bathroom with corner tub , shower , wc , double washbasin & bidet , plus its own cable tv , mini sound system , air conditioning & ceiling fan. The main communal area offers c. 100 m.sq of shared living space, with a/c , ceiling fans and a downstairs washroom. Enjoy using full kitchen and dining area, comfortable sofas, widescreen cable tv, and pool table. Outdoor fun is guaranteed at pool , jacuzzi, & gazebo.
